Larry Nance Jr. and Josh Hart both came into the NBA as members of the Los Angeles Lakers, and became good friends. Both eventually left the organization, but as fate would have it, they wound up crossing paths again in a weird way.
Nance was traded by the Portland Trail Blazers to the New Orleans Pelicans in the deal involving CJ McCollum. Among those heading the other way was Hart, who was the key piece going back to Portland in the trade.
With Nance and Hart swapping cities, they decided to make things easier on each other by swapping houses, Nance revealed Thursday.
“I own a house in Portland. He owns a house in New Orleans. So we just swapped.” Larry Nance Jr. on being in trade with his good friend Josh Hart #Pelicans

Knowing the guy you’re traded for is a rare luxury. Knowing them well enough to simply swap homes is pretty much unprecedented.
Just one question: did Hart keep the wine fridge, or does Nance claim rights to that now?
